I need three roles for each of these..for human population growth?

three roles for individuals, locals and global governments to help repair, and stop further damage due to population growth..what can they all do to help 3 for each plz if u can help

It is mostly up to individuals to limit their reproduction, and many are unwilling or unable due to lack of knowledge or funds to do so.   Governments can educate, offer birth control, and quit giving economic incentives for more children, to name a few things.   Overpopulation is one of the major problems facing the human race in my opinion.
