i really need tips 4 my nails like how to grow them and make them look healthy

don't bite

have lots of calcium iny our diet

put on some "anti - nail bite" which is varnich that tastes gross so you wont bite them

or put on strenthener - whihc makes them stronger

DON'T get false nails there bloody rubbish

mine stayed on tooo long and now like its been 2 months since i got them and my nails are still in a state
