  1. Ok, you NEED to make sure that your thumbs are across your fingers, not up by the sides. Be really peppy and smily and loud. Also be really sharp. Make sure you don't over hit your moves(like a gymnist at the end of her jump or whatever). You need to pretend there is a wall directly behind you that you are hitting. This will help you be sharp. Keep your head up. Do NOT look at the ground, hold your head high. If you mess up, do NOT let it get to you. Just keep going like you are right and everyone else is wrong. Make sure that your fists are facing the right way and don't let your wrists bend. Be loud and don't slur your words together. It will sound drill sargetny but it will sound great from the crowd. Look in a mirror and practice your hand motions. Go touchdown, high v, t, low v. Make sure they are in the right spots. Especially your t, it should be parrallel to the ground. Just make sure that you always look sure of yourself. Do not look like you are second guessing your self. Make sure you commit to each and every move. Be really smily. Don't stop smiling, but don't look like you are trying to smile. Just look like you are soo excited to be there!! End every cheer in an exclimation point. The last word should be extra loud and even a little higher in pitch. This makes it seemed exclamed. No matter what, just get into everything. Look like this is the best time of your life. Do facials in the dance, and really get into everthing like it is the last thing you do.

If you have any questions, ask me!!!

Good luck and I hope I helped!!!

  2. go for s*x appeal

  3. lift cans of beans or weights.

maybe you could walk for 30 minutes a few times a week.

work on your splits, especially the middle one.

start doing 50 crunches every other day. =D

by doing this stuff, you will have:

    - tighter arms for making tight motions.

    - stronger legs for stunting, because stunting is allll leg power.

    - more flexibility, which helps to make higher and prettier jumps.

    - have stronger abs for tumbling.

    good luck!
