  1. try reading before going to sleep. and if u want to fall asleep really fast read a really boring book =]

  2. for me, i have to get up for school by six so i like to wake up to a shower. second, if you are having trouble sleeping, try getting a white noise machine, i can't sleep without mine because it calms me down so that i can sleep

  3. What I do to go to bed earlier, is take a long, HOT, bubble bath. It REALLY relaxes me. And all i wanna do after, is lie in my very cozy bed. Also, drink some decaffinated tea.

  4. I like to shower in the mornings. I just get up early (5.30), and by 10.15 or so, I'm tired and ready to go to bed. To "prepare" and get your self ready for going to bed early and waking up early, just try and go to early bed tonight and wake up by 8.00 tomorrow. You don't need to get up as early as you will during the school year; your body with start to recognize it has to wake up earlier.

    I hope this helps!

  5. Set your alarm for when you'll be getting up in the morning for school. Put the alarm as far away from your bed as possible so you have to get up to turn it off. After it's off, don't let yourself get back into bed and instead jump right into the shower. The water will help wake you up.

Then make sure you have something to do all day, and not just sitting around watching TV. If you stay active then you'll be able to go to bed earlier. Make sure to get 9-10 hours of sleep every night so you'll be ready for the day ahead of you.

  6. i take a shower at night that way i dont have to wake up super early. well u just have to get used to going to sleep early and waking up early. i never got used to it. ?

  7. Well i have the same problem. but I'm just gradually going to bed earlier and earlier. Get up early, don't take naps at all, and work out during the day to make yourself tired. You could drink some "Sleepy time tea" you can buy it at walmart. Or charmoille (sp?) tea.

i take allergy medicine (you know the kind that makes you tired?) at night...but its not the best idea. lol

  8. i have the very same problem....what i do is try and stay active during the day so i will be tiered at night......but sometimes even after you stay active your still way too hyper to fall asleep....so another thing is to try and find a comfortable way to  sleep.....that always seems to help me!

  9. What I do, is I get myself really tired during the day so that I can fall asleep faster.  Also I'm slowly working myself back into my school routine.  I have to get up at 6 during the school year, so I slowly start setting my alarm clock closer to 6 in half hour increments.  A shower might work before you go to bed, I doesn't really make a difference for me though.

  10. okay well first of all you should take a shower wenever works best for your hair. like my hair has to be completly dry and it takes like 2 hours for it to airdry and I dont lke to use the blowdryer so I take showers at night so that when I get up my hair is dry and I can straighten it. If I don't want to straighten it that morning then I take a shower in the morning. if you're hair is think and drys fast and u dont need anything special to style it like a sraightener or curler than take showers in the morning or watever works for u

okay to get to sleep iether faster or earlier I advise like running on a treadmill or doing some kind of cardio excersise liike running or walking before you go to bed or like a couple hours before u think u will be going to sleep. excersise just naturally makes u tired and more relaxed. if you are still having trouble going to sleep early then take some tylenal PM or something like that. listen to soothing music or anything that makes you more relaxed. as for getting up earlier you need to set at least 3 alarms. put one right by you on like a nightstand, put one a bit farther away like your dresser, and put one even farther away like the nearest room. set them all like 2 or 3 minutes apart. that way it will make you get up earlier. and if you are planning on getting up at 7 set them for a bit before 7

    hope i helped
