I need tips on how to fix up a old drum set plz help?

i have a whine red verve drum set its about 6-7 years old i got it used for $150 and i need help to fix it up untill i can get a new one the heads are beat up it got 2 toms a floor tom a snare you know the basics,as for cymbals i only have one cymbal that i recently replaced with a sabien crash it still had stock head that are beat up cracked hi hats and if you have any web sites besides ebay that i could get some cheap cymbals or heads new or used i don't care please please leave a link or url or whatever thaks for the help

  1. used heads are never worth the money. just go for new ones.

    musiciansfriend.com will have pretty much anything you need as far as drums go. you may need to search a little for the right sized heads, and as far as cymbals go, i don't know if sabian's website has this, but on zildjian's site they have sound clips of each cymbal they make so you can decide what you like. or go to your local drum shop or music store and test some out, then order them from musiciansfriend.com
