Start having lots of s*x! And i am not sure of this works ha-ha but don't stand up for about ten minutes. Maybe and start doing ovulation test strips. Good luck!

When making love make sure its cold in the house , Drink lots of whole milk and eat lots of cheese, some studies show doing these thing will increase your chances. Also know when you are ovulating will help too, good luck ..

Start taking a prenatal vitamin now. Have your man take a multivitamin and zinc (optional) it makes stronger and more sperm. Both of you eat healthy and stay away from alcohol and smoke. Have s*x before you ovulate when your CM starts getting like raw egg white. This is when you are fertile. you want to have s*x a couple days before and the day of ovulation for the best chance of conceiving. After s*x, put a pillow under your hips for about 20 minutes to keep more sperm in. Only use preseed for lube cause the rest is hostile to sperm. The sperm have to have good wet cm to live in and make it too the egg. Here's some tips....

Sperm live for 3-5 days

Eggs live only 12-24 hours

Takes sperm about 7 hrs to reach the egg

That is no easy question...and the women on this site could probably go on and on (inclluding myself!)

If you are just starting the best advice I can give (though I'm still trying for my first!) is to have lots of s*x on a regular basis (like every 2-3 days) so that your mans sperm is "fresh"...learn to know your cycle and when you ovulate...s*x in the days before ovulation are the most important because ovulation is only about 12-24 hours after that you can't get pg...

If you see that you have fluid leaking out that is very slippery you have what is called fertile cervical mucous...have s*x on any days you see this as it helps sperm get through the cervix safely!

Follow you cycle when you ovulate thats the best time to TTC, some signs of ovulation are increased body tempreture and clear watery viginal mucus, ovulation also generally happens 10-14 days after the start of AF, but it varies from person to person.
