  1. Play board games - like candyland.

Play with their toys - barbies/legos etc.

    Sing songs with them

Play basketball - wadded up paper and a plastic cup or trash can.

    Color books

    Draw pictures for their parents.

  2. Kids like all sorts of things! Like... Coloring, playing games, watching TV! Or even playing outside! Think of games to play, and go with their imagination!  :)  :D

  3. sing, make up games, take them to the park, just have fun!

  4. dance, sing, color, read, bubbles, play in yard, soccer, jump rope, bikes. my kids are 5 and 2. they love singing, my oldest likes coloring and drawing, my youngest does too, but color with both of them... theres all kinds of stuff to do with kids. hide and seek.... simon says...

  5. Watch a DVD with them ( what ever their favourite is ) Play with what ever their favourite toys are. Ask the mum what they like to do, she will like that because she will see you care.

  6. Here's what I used to do when I babysat and it worked!

Get a duffle bag and fill it with toys from YOUR house or garage sales or whatever. Just fill it with stuff the kids don't have at their house. The kids will be entertained for hours with the "new" toys, trust me. And when you leave take them with you so you can bring them back next time.

  7. All of these are great answer.... just adding a few of my own ideas, build a tent or fort with some blankets, play pretend with dolls and babies, even boys like that.  Changing the baby and taking it for a walk, look for cool rocks in the yard, play a game where you imitate animals and guess the animal, flash cards with Letters, number, colors, shapes.

  8. Playdough is cheap, then get out some kitchen utensils (safe ones). Do some coloring or art projects (use washable crayons or markers!)

  9. there's tons you can do.

    play games such as:

    role playing games

    hide and seek

    color

    watch a movie

    read them a book
