I need to Mount MY 52 inch LCD screen to a rock Fireplace I know the heat risks I just don't want a falling TV

I'm about to buy a house that has a huge grand open room but the the problem is the only wall that is big enough or wide enough for the TV. The issue about heat I fully understand and I don't plan on using both TV and Fireplace at the same time but just in case I'm adding a fan for cooling the TV. So now i just need to know if any wall mount will be ok just as long as I use anchors? and if I do how will I work around the uneven terrain?

Use anchors rated for the weight and for the stone(concrete). As far as uneveness you might have to furr out the wall with some thin strips of wood to make it plumb and level.
