Question:

I need to add fiber to my diet.. what should I eat...?.. what type of foods carry fiber? any ideas?

  1. cereal.. like apple jacks.. i eat like a whole box every 3 days

  3. Kiwi fruit is very good for the bowel movements.

    But don't eat too much or it will be very bad.

  4. Most everything basic to a vegetarian diet.  Beans are a great source and so are many fruits and veggies.

  5. Fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains are all good sources.

  6. Dried fruit (prunes, CA apricots) and nuts (almonds, raw).
