I need to ask a question about body acne..?

will you get a body acne if you use any body wash? i get body acne but i used a body wash called phisoderm and my acne dissapears. but how can you avoid getting a body acne does johnsons care body wash okay for me to use and without any acne appearing if i use it? and so i need you guys to answer my question of how body acne appears how to avoid having it without using an acne body wash and why does it appear does it appear on sensitive skins or a dry skin or whatever i just need to know

Acne is composed of 5 things, stress, hormones, bactria, heridity, and plugged pores. stress, hormones and heridity no one can control, not even yourself. bactria, well thats when you need a benzoyl peroxide. like the one in proactiv, or acnefree at walmart. plugged pores, you need a retinoid product, like the differin cream, or gel you see advertised on tv. with all of those together you can get rid of and prevent them (acne) from coming back.

you may want to us a mineral oil free, or petrolaudem free or vaseline free product. they plugg pores up.  we at dermatology say to use j & j purpose soap, dove , or oil of olay, if you dont mind the "girly" smell. w

wash once daily, and if you need a mid day degreaser then try a cotton ball with alcohol on it after school.

acne is going to happen whether you like it or not. and its just going to happen. sorry

I can only tell you what worked for me. Believe it or not I stopped drinking all dark colored colas (i.e. Coke, Pepsi etc.). Drink water. Lots of it, but don't drown in it. Try to stay away from artificial colorings in food.
