I need to autorun my offline website iin Cd-ROM..

HI..i developed one website tutorial for my students..that will supplied in CD-ROM(not publishing in internet)...i know making autorun webpage..by using bat commands &autorun.inf file..my problem is while opening the page from disk..internet explorer stops the flash content,an yellow bar asking to allow conent from disk..i dont want that bar ..please help me..i have to make it work in all my studnets systems with confirmation..
