  1. anytime I ever had to transport my cockatiel, I'd take him in his cage, but cover it with a blanket.  He frickin' screamed a lot but he was fine.

  2. a small cage and cover it with a blanket.  You could also put her in a box, but make sure it doesn't slide around to much in the car.  The important thing is to not let her see out the windows or the reflections in the windows.  She will feel safe in a dark box or under a covered cage.  If her own cage is small enough to fit in your car then that would be the best thing of all because it is familiar to her...just remember to cover it.  hope this helps

  3. maybe a bird cage

or something small she cant get out of

  4. I would suggest something colorfull. Birds like colorfull items. Perhaps a calico or something like garfield.

  5. You can go into a petstore and ask for a cardboard box they send birds home in.  Another thing I did was buy a small carrying case - at my pet store they have them by the reptile stuff.  Its like 15 dollars but if it something you are going to take him to do on a regular basis its worth the money.

  6. yeah. put her in a cage. what else are you going to put her in a cat box? lol.

  7. usually you can carry them in a small cardboard box with holes in it or in a small cage covered up

  8. if it's a small cage, then that'd be fine. just cover it.

if you don't have a small one, you could also use a small pet carrier. When we brought our bird to have his wings clipped we used a small carrier with a towel folded in the bottom and just made sure it didn't slide around.
