I need to build a computer for video editing.?

NOT A MAC please. Don't know how to use one.

I'm using Pinnacle Studio 12. I'm using my desktop for editing. Because the internet is hooked up, it is slowing things down. I need a stand alone computer just for editing. What do I need? Specifics please. RAM, processor, graphics card, how many GB?
