I need to build my endurance and strentgh fast. How should i go about doing this?

I need to be able to ride a dirtbike for a long time as hard as i can the whole time.

  1. Try asking in the fitness section.


  2. When off the bike you need to train doing aerobic type running and skipping and then workout with weights and do things like wall sits for 5 minutes.  Then crunches and other tummy exercises.  Also ride an exercise bike.

    Do a workout 3 times a week and when on the bike do sessions that build up your endurance as there is no point doing 2 laps on the bike and then stopping for a rest as you train your body to do this when racing. if you train sloppy you race sloppy.  So each session work on technique and concentrate on doing a certain number of laps before stopping and build on this.  

    Make sure you hydrate before you race as this make a big difference to endurance and arm pump

  3. biggest thing running. build you cardio and endurance. next thing lifting weights, this will help you try to mantain a long race without getting tired or warnout.

  4. cardiovascula training is the best training for motocross but the best thing for bike fitness is riding the bike

  5. run, eat healthy, lift weights, work out. but the bigger thing in motorcross is skill.
