I need to build up my stamina and cardio..?

How can I increase my stamina and such in 3 weeks

and by how much..

i need to get back in shape for soccer season.

I play center midfield so I'm running all over the field

nonstop and usually I have to play for the whole game.

HELP..!

  1. Run, run a lot, if you're not running ride your bike.  To build endurance and agility run on hiking trails.


  2. Just by some good running shoes and start running. By the end of the 3rd week try to be up to at least 4 miles. You'll be fine. Make sure your having fun with it though. Running isn't cool unless your having fun with it.
