I need to buy wholesale supplies for my billiard business. What kind(s) of business license(s) will i need?

All I've been told by the wholesale company is that i need a business license to buy from them. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm correct by saying theres no tax on services. Thanks in advance for all the help!

You must obtain a Colorado sales and use tax permit if you are engaged in business in Colorado and you:

sell tangible personal property in Colorado;

lease tangible personal property in Colorado; or

sell taxable services in Colorado.
