I need to cap a fan exhuast duct. How

Old stove has the exhuast fan beneath stove under the floor. Want to cap it off. Do they make a sheet metal cover that fits a 6" duct, where would I find it?

Would the lid from a coffee can fit?

A section of thin plywood might do it and you can buy a small sheet of thin metal to cut and fit your own. And yes you can buy a end cap at the store that will fit. Try Lowes, Home Depot or similar places.
