I need to chane my fuel seperator on a kawasaki ninja 600?

I have a fuel leak on my bike coming from the seperator. I would like to know if there is a way to change it without having to defuel the bike, or another way to defuel the bike without a pump.

fuel separator ?if you mean the petcock,(gas valve)simply undo the fuel line and run the gas into another container,or syphon it with a hose.
