I need to contact Alan Stephenson.?

I have tried to put this questioned onto the New Zealand Website, I may not have been successful, hense this second appeal.

I live in the UK and a friend of mine(Bob Stephenson) needs to contact his cousin who lives at Phoenix Avenue, in Palmerston North. New Zealand. Alan Stephenson is either not in the telephone directory or he has moved house. If anyone knows this man can you please let me know. It would be fantastic if he could contact me.
