There really isn't a way for anyone on here to tell you how much it is going to cost.  There isn't enough information.

Are you doing the work yourself or paying someone?

Are pipes going to have to be ran or moved?

Will electrical outlets and possibly a light fixture need installed?

You need measurements so you can figure out how much dry wall and floor covering you will need.  You will need paint.  The shower, sink, toilet is going to depend on what style you want to use and whether you are going to look around at prices or go to one specific store.

I'd start by making a product list and then start researching products.  If you have to by a little extra product to make sure you have enough.  If you don't use it all it is returnable.
