I need to create a community organization/club NOW!!!!?

Question

I kind of lied on my resume that i am in an organization and I am going to join some as soon as possible.

Also to put the icing on the cake i wanted to create an organization/club where I can be president.

How do i create an organization?

The scheme i had was to create a hiking or biking club, give all my friends roles and titles and on the weekends we will have our hiking/biking meetings.

Sounds really easy but i want to also make this all official, how do i go about doing this?

1. gather your friends

2. elect among yourselves (if this is your idea, definitely, you will be president)

3. register you organization to the securities and exchange office. you can find it in a government telephone directory.

4. after your register, you're legal
