  1. On Internet Exlorer click on th +* (plus star) & click on organize Favorites click on the ones you want to delete & click on the delete button.

  2. In firefox:

    1.Open your Mozilla Firefox browser.

2.Select the "Bookmarks" button from the file bar.

3.Scroll down to the bookmark you wish to delete.

4.Hold your mouse over the bookmark you wish to remove and right click.

5.From the drop-down menu that appears, select the Delete button.

6.Alternately, delete all bookmarks in Firefox by deleting the bookmark file from Mozilla Firefox's user profile folder. This varies on each PC since the profile folder name is a randomly generated name, but here's an example:

    C:\Documents and Settings\(your account name)\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\f1f2f3f4f5...

    --------------------------------------...

    In Internet Explorer

To do this click on the Start Menu, then right-click the Favorites item and select Explore.

This will show your Favorites in the familiar Explorer Window.

Check the Favorites are listed in the Explorer Window then select Edit, Select All on the menu. Double-check the Favorites are highlighted and press the Delete Key (not the Back Space key!) - you should be asked to confirm the deletion. CAUTION! Always worth checking and double-checking the correct items are highlighted before you delete them.

If Favorites does not appear on your Start Menu then right-click on the Start button and select Properties. On the Start Menu Tab click Customise then Advanced. Ensure there is a tick in the Favorites menu option into the Start Menu items section and click OK then OK again.

  3. As far as I know, Firefox uses the same Favorites (bookmarks) as IE does, and they are easy to delete:

    1.  Go into your Windows Explorer

    2.  Open My Computer

    3.  Open C:

    4.  Open Documents and Settings

    5.  Open your particular folder (example C:\Documents and Settings\Joe Doe\)

    6.  Delete the Favorites folder and all the contents

This should delete all of the bookmarks or Favorites from IE and Firefox, as long as Firefox uses the same Favorites folder as IE\

    Good luck!.

  4. Your bookmarks are saved in a folder. It should be located at the c:/windows/favorites you can go there and delete the ones you want or all of them. your choice. I hope this was some help to ya. You might want to yahoo or google "firefox favorites folder"
