I need to delete my

I need to delete my account because the persons name that set it up is not an employee, she put her her name on accident and it needs to be ours. She does not work for us and we need our email [e-mail] to match our business personnel. I have tried everything and can not find how to cancel this account and then create a new one with the exact email address [e-mail] PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS, many many many hours!! OUR Business is ready to open Oct 26th, need this on ,y website with correct name.Thank You in advance Levi & Mari Pia (Mapi)
