  1. Since you see "n/a" when you attempt to leave the group, that means you are either the owner or a moderator and must take other steps before leaving it:

If you are the group owner, you should promote another member to be an owner so the group will not be left without moderation.

Then demote yourself to member status.

Then you can leave the group.

If you are a moderator, you can demote yourself to member status, then leave the group.

If you want to delete the group itself and are the owner or a moderator with the assigned privilege, Click on Management, under Group Settings, click Delete Group and confirm that you do want to Delete Group.  Everything related to the group will be gone and you cannot reverse this action.

If you do not see Delete Group, you do not have the privilege to delete it.

  2. Are you the owner? You must delete the group if you are an owner to leave the group.

The only ones I see that I have an N/A in are ones that I own. Hope this helps you.

  3. The way I read your question, I think you're asking how to leave some groups that you're NOT owner of.  If I'm correct, sign into your Yahoo Groups account.  Enter the group site.  Click on "Edit Membership" (toward the top of the page, above the name of the group).  Then scroll to the bottom of that page and click "Leave Group".

  4. If you are the owner of the group and want to delete it, here is how:

How do I delete a group? What happens to a group once it's deleted?

But if you are only  a member and only want to unsubscribe, here is how:

    1.Try to unsubscribe through:

    2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. (GROUPNAME-owner@yahoogroups.com)

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

    3. Block the address(es) or arrange your preferences so that they are sent to your bulk/spam folder.

    4. Contact yahoo customer care:
