Every time I am prompted by a site that I need to download flash adobe player, I open up the page and click download but it always ends up freezing my computer and it won't complete. Where should I download this or what else should I do?

  1. I believe it's because it's trying to download the new Adobe Flashplayer, and can't because of the old version you have on. It's not like the Adobe Reader. (With Adobe Reader it will uninstall the old files, and install the new ones) You have to use the Adobe Flashplayer Uninstaller. (Isn't THAT special? NOT!)

Here's the link to the Adobe Flashplayer Uninstaller page,

Here's the link to the new Adobe Flashplayer 9 page,

  2. Download the file, then double click it to install.
