You can download the game on the internet and just use your CD-Key.

My way to have a warcraft 3 is just to copy the whole folder from others.. that is easy but their are cons

What's your operating system? If its still causes problems just buy a copy off ebay, and download a crack or use a drive emulator program. You will still need the key.
