Dont worry!!! Check with your local authority and ask them what youare able to work as and for how long. If you want you should do jobs in your local community and charge a small fee for your services

Start asking your neighbors that have dogs about walking them, ask if they  need any yard work,Offer to wash cars,Consider baby setting if you are a girl. The possibilities are endless. When you are employed work and do it well this is the secret of keeping the  job and having more work in the future.

maybe you could babysit your neighbor's kids or something.. or ask your parents for allowance.

You are too young for babysitting but how about "Dog walking"? Assuming you are not afraid of dogs! You could put up some small signs around your neighborhood, on bulletin boards in stores.
