I need to en cash 1000 euro American Express Travelers Cheque in Ireland. Is there any Commission Free Center?

If you go to a credit union like St. Albie's in Limerick they'll do it commision free.

Beside Burger King  in O'connell street in Dublin ( the Burger king nearest the spire)

on the left hand side of burger king, you will see a small bureau de change called Gilberts..

the currency exchange is out the back of the tourist office and they don't charge commission on travellers cheques.. you should be fine with Gilberts. I always use them
