i want to run to get in shape i mean I'm skinny and all but i still want to excrise and i need help i have no one to run with but i really dont care i thougth about just lising to music while i run and i just atee soo i thought i should wait in a hour and i dont know how long to run and all so someone please help me tips would be great thankss ! [:

  1. well running is good, but if you run and listen to music that is a good way to pace yourself. Not knowing your exact fitness level is difficult so i will give you da basics. so find a somewhat up beat song and jog to that, then find a really up beat song and run to that, and then find a slower song that you can walk to. You shouldnt push yourself the first day you go running otherwise you can get really bad cramps and sore muscles. once you can do the jog run walk thing pretty good, you can ad more songs and more patterns to your excercise. Hope this helps because i do the exact same thing! (I dont know why u put this question under volleyball but whatever :)
