I need to file a complaint against food establishment in white plains NY but cant fint the right place to file

Owner closes for the season in Dec for 2 mos.While cleaning,to re-open,have seen mice and droppings almost every

day.Hear them trying to enter from the outside everyday also.He opened finally and inspection was made in the beginning of February.After he fired me,he was closed for 2 weeks.Now his son has stepped in and I know his license was up on the 29th of February.Don't know if it has been renewed.I think another inspection should be done because of all the openings and closings.

Contact the city/town health department and rep[ort the violations, they will do an inspection and issue the proper instructions to get it resolved or close them down.

You want the health department. If you can provide proof of fresh rodent droppings in areas that have been cleaned the day before (camera phone?), they'd love to see them.
