I need to find a GREAT Thai restaurant in Las Vegas...?

Question

I'm heading out to Sin City over the weekend, and I'd love to treat some of my friends (non Asian) to some good, high quality, authentic Thai food. I was wondering if anyone could give me a few places to check out. It'd be better if the restaurant wasn't too far off the strip- better yet on the strip if possible.

Lotus of Siam is the best Thai restaurant in Vegas. Is is located at 953 E Sahara ( less then 1 mile off the strip). The best, most authentic Thai food I have ever had.

Not exactly sure what you are looking for but if you want authentic and affordable Thai, I'd recommend Kung Fu.  

They've been in business like forever and that's pretty much the only place I go for Thai when I'm in Vegas.

I don't know of any specifically Thai food in Vegas, maybe more off the strip.  But you will not get a bad meal in Vegas, all the food is great.  I have been to Tao in the Venetian.  It is Asian and VERY good.  I will also say that you have to go to Mesa Grill, it is Bobby Flay's restaurant and it is excellent.  Have fun!
