I need to find a calling card that works from Belfast and Dublin, Ireland to the USA.?

Has anyone had to call using these cards? There are some rates that seem exceptionally low but are the cards a "you get what you pay for" situation?

I have no problems with the card that I have when calling over, but can't seem to find one to call back to the states.

Forget the phone card.  Both cities are packed with internet cafes where you use their phones OR their computers to call the states.  

If you really want to be in touch, set up a Skype account.  You can put 10 bucks in it and call the States for hours from a computer.  If you have an account, you can go to most internet shops and they'll give you a headset so you can call from their computers.  OR  you can get your own headset (or just a microphone) and call from your own computer.
