I need to find a company that does Background check?

Does anyone know how and if there is a site that is not fake to help in requesting for Background, Criminal check on people, etc. I have checked in the Internet , but there is so many sites ,that I have already been ripoff once..Thank you for your help.

Those companies are Highly Regulated. You have to fill out a  50 page application, they have to come to your business. There are only several places that qualify to use these. You can use one on the internet for $39.95 but they are not "true" background checks.
