I need to find a custody paper from the Internet that explains my situation?

I am going to be living with my aunt from now on because my dad is going to work out of state and I want to stay in my school. I'm 15 years old. Can anybody tell me where I can find the model of the custody papers that I needed. I'm not interested on people telling me that I should go to court. I'm just going to try to get a paper notarized. Please help, I really want to start school the first day. HELP!!!!?

look at the court's web site for down loads for all court papers..but court papers for custody must go through court to be legal.

I think the best thing you can do is call your school - ask them what documents you need for you to live with your aunt.  This is actually a common situation.  

I don't think that you will need to actually change your guardianship, and its probably very simple to do few page paper document that you need to fill out with your Dad's and Aunt's signature.
