do you know the whereabouts of friends or family--guess not-- i assune you dont know what city he lives in.--do you know what state he is in.  if so you could run an add in a paper with circulation state wide--.  mabe he or a friend would see it---i sometimes see add in computer that they can find anyones email add.  mabe he has a computer.
