Congratulations on your new upcoming marriage.  I know a lot of good home based businesses. There's actually a lot of different home based businesses out there.  However, they are businesses not jobs.  Businesses give you the same income opportunity as a traditional business without all the over head expenses.  They can exceed "helping with income" however you have to put the time and effort into building your business with whatever industry you want.  Having a home based business has been incredible for my family.  But you can't treat it like a job.  You have to build the business to the income level you want.
