I need to find a job, but not just any job, I want to invest my time in HELPING keep the planet nice & clean.?

I love nature and it would be great if i were able to find a job that had to do with taking care of it or being around it. Cleaning parks, beaches, or planting trees would be great. Or becoming a member of a group that does these type of things would also be really nice. If anyone knows about anything pls let me know asap.

become a ranger in a state park. you will get paid to keep america green. (starting salary i think is around $40,000) you get to help people, and if you wish (which is recommended) you can do alot of volunteer work. its a great career that i wanted to get into but never did. i still regret that i never did it.  good luck

Why don't you do this?  Go commit a minor crime, like simple assult or something.  Then, when they assign you community service you can do your time picking up cigarette butts, raking the courthouse lawn etc with the sentance to serve program in your area.

Hello! I am getting my master's degree in tourism with a concentration in sustainable development ... so I am quite interested in looking for a career with an organization that is focused on conserving the earth, resources, etc.

get into an organization locally near you. I am not sure if you get paid for environment jobs..., but if it is good for the world, then its god for you! Good luck!

I felt the same way and for a month now I have been with this group that promotes products that are safe for your environment and your home. The products are non-caustic, natural and organic. We even have a makeup line that have natural ingredients. The group is called FOURPOINTGROUP, we are one of the groups that works for Melaleuca. Melaleuca were recently honored by the Better Business Bureau for ethics, integrity and excellence in dealing with their customers and their business owners.
