The best way to search would be to call the Bar Association in Alabama.  You might be able to search their website also...

My thought also was the Alabama Bar Association. Here is something else that might pan out. Try using "ZABASEARCH.COM". This is a free site that compiles data from public utility sites ( water, electricity, driver's licenses, tax bases, etc). Since you have the individual's name, type in what you know and hit the search bar. Anything in the base will come up and you can refine your search.
