I need to find a roommate and somewhat quickly?

I am in Des Moines Iowa and moving into my house next month and won't be able to cover it completely. Besides Craigslist which is small here, I don't know where to find a roommate and a good one.

advertise is the local paper

both are ways to get a roommate - you will have to interview them to make sure that they will be a good roommate.
