  1. umm depends on where your located. I know of three, that still work. one in Tx, NM, and NC.

    what are you needing it for? there are hobbiest all over the web.


  2. Only tourist RRs in the US have steam trains that carry passengers.  I know of 3 in my neck o' the woods - Tennessee Valley RR Museum in Chattanooga, Tn,  Great Smoky Mountain RR in Bryson City, NC, and the Three Rivers Rambler in Knoxville, Tn.  The links are below.

  3. Essex ct just off rt9  just north of old say brook ct This train run up river and back You have a choice of getting off and take a boat ride up river and back Then the train  bring you  back to the station

  4. There's the Grand Canyon RR. It's a 62 mile long ride from Williams, AZ to the Grand Canyon. Quite entertaining too.
