check rogers online or maybe its cogeco online

cogeco has great deals if you want more than just phone. if you only need phone, you can use bell canada. or if you don't have good enough credit, i think avenue pawnbrokers does local phone. Wintel communications has awsome long distance. i have a wintel plan and pay only 25cents per call within canada or the us.
