I need to find a venue to host a company party for approximately 1400 people.?

Question

This is in the country of Jamaica W.I. in the parish of Kingston. We do not want a hotel since we will not be able to control the catering and the bar. We'd prefer an open space that we can decorate preferably one with bars already there and a stage area. Parking can be close by so we can provide shuttle service or the compound can be large enough to accomodate parking. The event will be in December so we would like to book the venue now.
