Ok well i can't spend more than 10,000 dollars on the venue.

It must include food (if possible)

At least enough space for 200.

  1. I liked the Clarion Hotels in that area. Don't be afraid of an older location, as they are upkept very well and have extra large hotel rooms for a reasonable price. They usually have a ballroom sized venue and I would test the food first, like you waould want to anywhere.

Holiday Inns also have some surprisingly nice venues. The BEST, but not sure of the budget, is the Marriott chain hotels. They always have the best food. It's worth checking on. $10,000 for 200 people is $50/ person, which is reasonable to expect for the venue and food combined.

I hope this leads you in the right direction. Have fun!

  2. Well food is always expensive, you may look at catering in. But most will charge $8-$12/person if you do barbeque. Another option is to have someone cook for 200 people. spend your money on photography and video, thats all you will have after its all said and done.
