You can call the credit card company, and request that they change the address on the card to your address, if the card is jointly owned by the two of you, and when the address gets changed, you should see the previous address somewhere on a confirmation they should mail you.

Also, if you have the card information already, you could probably set up an online ID to access the account info online, including the mailing address for the statements.
