$337 AA.com. This is cheapest departing Aug 1 or 2 and back Aug. 6.  It's not only the cheapest option, it's the only nonstop flight between ELP and CHI, so it wins on two fronts.

I checked Farecompare, ITA, and BookingBuddy.com for you--which check everything else--as well as Southwest, but $337 with American is the best I see.  I also tried using the days before and after, as well as next-closest airports, but unless you want to go to Indianapolis instead, and take Megabus to Chicago, nothing else was cheaper.

There isn't some magic website that sells tickets for half what the other websites charge.  If you've looked at 2 or 3 websites, and moved your dates around a bit, you've seen all the fares that are out there.  Sorry.

Not sure where you're travelling from, but southwest.com is always the best option, in my opinion.  If that doesn't work, I'd try vayama.com.  They have awesome prices, and they've been very reliable in my experience.
