It's a withdrawal pill.

Or a generic for Antivert. This is used to help prevent nausea.

it could be anything honestly.

if you'd REALLY like to find out, buy an ecstasy testing kit. it doesn't just test ecstasy, it really just tests what's in any pill you want to check (it's called an ecstasy testing kit because of the notoriously low ecstasy purity, but it tests all unknown pills).
