  1. For automobile insurance the obvious way to get a low rate is do a rate comparison on auto policies. Make certain that you pick similar policies with the same limits, auto model, location, etc so that all things are a good comparison.

What I usually recommend is an internet comparison quote at http://www.lowratetoday.com since they have discount insurers and can give several quotes on car insurance polices.

  2. Well, in order to find cheap insurance, there are a couple things you can do.  First, make sure you ask your insurance company if they offer any special discounts that you may qualify for like good student discount, good driver discount, or low mileage discount (<10,000 miles driven per year).  Most insurance companies don't just offer up special discounts so you need to take the initiative and ask.

The single best thing you can do to get dirt cheap insurance is your research.  Don't just settle for the first quote you get.  If you were buying a new car you wouldn't take the first price you get right?  The more insurance companies you get quotes (preferably 3-5) from, the more likely you are to save hundreds per year.  You might find that one company offers you a rate $30-$50 a month cheaper.  I found the website below really helpful when I was looking for insurance because it allows you to compare quotes for all of the insurance companies in your area for free so you can find the cheapest rate possible

  3. Easiest way to find the cheapest insurance is to get an online insurance quote.  This will compare all companies in Florida for the coverage that you want and find the company that will offer this to you at the lowest price.  You can get a free online quote at http://www.auto-insurance-knowledge.com/...

  4. There's no short cut, you have to shop around.

Low down payment is two months of premium.  The way to have the lowest premium, is to have the lowest coverage.  As long as your car is paid for, you don't need to insure the car itself or liability in Florida - you only need to get the mandatory PIP.

That doesn't mean I"m recommending that minimum coverage, though - because I"m not.

  5. queenb1779, There are tons of places where you can get an online quote. http://www.autoadviceonline.com/Auto-Ins... It only takes a few minutes to do.

  6. Everyone wants the cheapest auto insurance. Everyone is constantly looking comparing this auto insurance provider with this one. It's almost like a parlor game, isn't it. I've done it too. If you've ever gotten a speeding ticket or have a young teenager itching to drive that<!--you've just added to your policy, or if you've been involved in an accident, it can get more and more expensive, can't it? Auto insurance is too expensive. You're not alone. it's true for almost every American family. You may get your queires answered here,

The problem for discounts, however, is quality. Many ask is, "Is this cheap auto insurance worth buying? What kind of coverage do I have to sacrifice for a cheaper premium?" What is a small bi-yearly or yearly or monthly bill can become astonishingly high if you cheat on your-->deductible coverage or coverage amount. You need to therefore really search the different companies for the best, most comprehensive policy. Hope is here. There are good companies out there.

  7. if your not in the military go with florida no fault if you are go with USAA i put down 150 and i pay 125 a month for full coverage and i think i only have 200 dollar deductable

but remember you get what you pay for if i ever get in a wreck and have to use my ins. ill probably have to sue them to get the money
