I need to find information on my mothers death?

It was a fatal vehicle accident.I would like to find the information on it. It was back in 2006.Please help.

  1. You don't need to find the information..Just accept the truth that your mother has died...No need to find out the old information on newspaper or etc...Your mother will not came alive again even after you know the information....

    If your mum died suddenly then there would almost certainly  have been a coroners inquest. They will have the record of that at the coroners office. I know here in Nottingham if you wish to acquire a copy of the case you have to supply an audio cassette for a recorded copy of it. You could also phone the local newspaper's archives library, they will give

    photo copies of any news item printed in their  newspaper

    regarding the accident and death.

    You didn't give a location for your mums death that might have got a much more detailed response, name of newspapers and Coroners court address that sort of thing.

  3. Go to the news papers and look for the date of the accident..also check local court house records of the town she lived or died in.

  4. Request her autopsy or her death certificate.  Request the police report (I'm sure if it was a fatal auto accident there is one).  Maybe look it up in the newspaper or ask relatives about it.
