Here is a bit of the story:

My mum was too young to keep her baby [she was 14], so she gave her up for adoption, and it was a closed adoption, or something of that sort. (She couldn't keep in contact with the child, or something :S)

I know the following about her:

The name of the involved adoption worker

My sister's full birth

Exactly where she was born

My mother's maiden name
