There is a list of all Sec 8 properties but it doesn't help you.  It isn't updated to see if it is "up for rent" today.  You have to go to the newspaper and craiglist.org like everyone else. Then you have to get on a bike and ride the neighborhoods.  The cheapest rentals are the ones that have a For Rent sign in the window and no ads. /
